More than 2 years of completed experience as on 01.09.2013. Out of which, at least 1 year in rural development. Experience in skills and placement domain will be an added advantage. In addition to this computer proficiency is essential with good communication skills in English & Hindi.	Rs. 25,000/- pm with additional Rs. 3,000/- allowance will be given to the candidates when posted in J&K The candidates are liable for all India transfer

Term of Engagement: - The engagement is purely on temporary basis on contract which will be initially for a period of one year. Further extension can be considered based on performance of the individual and Institute’s /Project Requirements.
