PO Recruitment in SBI: 2012
State
Bank of India the largest public sector bank in India will soon
announce the recruitment of Probationary Officers under its Recruitment
Project-2012.The upcoming SBI Recruitment Project will conduct
recruitment tests for the selection of Probationary Officers and
Clerks.Although SBI has not yet intimated the actual date of publication
of notification but it is expected in the December 2011 on January
2012.
According to a
report SBI will require 33000 personnel out of which there is 29500 will
be selected as clerks and rest will be selected as officers.The reason
for such heavy recruitment is the opening of new branches of SBI and
expansion of banking services.All these things are done with a view of
providing banking facilities to every nook and corner of the country and
in a way it is generating employment for the youth of the country.
SBI PO exam is
considered to be the toughest PO exam among all other banking PO
Exams.The nature of questions is complex and lengthy.So you must prepare
thoroughly for the exam and start preparing 3-6 months before the exam
date.It is worth mentioning here that Civil Services 2011 topper Ms S
Divyadarshini before her selection in civil services is serving is SBI
as a Probationary Officer.
